AuraCube operates the hosted platform. Included standard-plan AI/OCR is AuraCube-managed within agreed limits, where supported and enabled.
Supported Enterprise processing integrations may use customer keys under the agreed processing arrangement. Provider setup and current release capabilities determine availability. No unavailable processing is represented as included live functionality.
Agreed third-party services and dedicated infrastructure are separate costs. Confirm these with the proposed scope.
